Yellowstone & Grand Teton National Park's

Moose, bison and bears- oh my!

Between Yellowstone and Grand Teton, we saw more wildlife than I’ve seen in any of the national parks! We spent a week exploring these two neighboring parks and there never seemed to be a dull moment. There was such a variety of colors and textures in Yellowstone. Everywhere you looked there was another geyser or hot pool. Bison roamed free and stopped traffic to cross the road on more than one occasion.

It was hard to find a bad view in Grand Teton since the picturesque mountain range stretches about the whole length of the park. When we arrived the park map featured pictures of all the different types of animals that are native to the park. We figured we would be lucky if we saw even a few of the animals. In just 3 days, we had seen every one of them!

Highly recommend these parks!
